Job Summary

Flashwave is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive EDI & Logistics Operations Executive to manage Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes and support end-to-end logistics operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth data exchange with customers and partners, coordinate shipment activities, and contribute to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage daily EDI transactions, including order processing, shipment notifications, invoices, and acknowledgements.

Coordinate with customers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve EDI and logistics-related issues.

Track shipments and ensure timely execution of inbound and outbound logistics activities.
