Return & exchange processing
Inventory updates
Manufacturing follow-ups for pending orders
Customer Support
Instagram DMs
WhatsApp support
Email support
Order status updates
Return/exchange requests
Size recommendations
Escalation handling
Ideal Candidate
1–3 years experience in Shopify/eCommerce operations
Good written English
Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
Familiar with courier portals
Can work independently in a small team
