About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage transportation, dispatch, inventory coordination, and delivery operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely movement of goods, maintain accurate logistics records, coordinate with transporters and vendors, and support efficient supply chain operations. Logistics executives typically oversee order fulfillment, dispatch planning, inventory tracking, vendor coordination, and delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch and transportation activities.

• Plan and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.

• Track deliveries and ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, warehouses, and internal teams.

• Prepare logistics documentation, invoices, e-way bills, and shipment records.

• Maintain inventory movement records and stock reports.

• Resolve delivery issues, shortages, damages, and shipment delays.

• Monitor transportation costs and support cost optimization initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics regulations.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly logistics performance reports.

• Follow up with vendors and transport partners to ensure service-level compliance.

• Support warehouse operations, stock audits, and inventory reconciliation when required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.

• 1–4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse, or supply chain operations.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
