Logistics Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end domestic and export logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in transportation planning, freight coordination, and regulatory compliance to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
1) Transportation & Dispatch Management - Manage domestic and export transportation, plan dispatches, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery to customers.

2) Cross-Functional Coordination - Coordinate with production, merchandising, stores, transporters, and accounts to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution.

3) Freight & Cost Management - Negotiate freight rates, optimize transportation costs, verify transporter invoices, and coordinate payments with the accounts team.

4) Issue Resolution - Proactively resolve transportation and shipment-related issues to minimize delays and ensure seamless logistics operations.

Key Skills & Competencies

1) Education & Experience - Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field with 4–5 years of experience in domestic and export logistics.

2) Logistics & Export Expertise - Strong knowledge of international shipping, GST, E Way Bills, and coordination with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and other logistics partners.

3) Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments under tight deadlines.

4) Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/Tally systems.
