Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.

• Plan and monitor deliveries to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.

• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, warehouses, and internal departments.

• Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.

• Maintain logistics records, invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and other documentation.

• Monitor inventory movement and support stock reconciliation.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.

• Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Good knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

• Experience with ERP software is an added advantage.

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

• High attention to detail.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

0–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or transportation coordination.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
