Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day transportation operations and coordinate with drivers for timely pickups and deliveries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Part Load (PL) and Full Load (FL) operations, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage logistics efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with drivers and transporters to ensure timely vehicle placement, pickup, and delivery.

• Manage Part Load (PL) and Full Load (FL) shipments efficiently.

• Plan routes and monitor vehicle movement to ensure on-time deliveries.

• Maintain regular communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams.

• Resolve transit-related issues and provide timely shipment updates.

• Update shipment details and maintain records in CRM and Microsoft Excel.

• Prepare daily logistics reports, trip status, and delivery updates.

• Coordinate with warehouses and customers for smooth dispatch and delivery operations.

• Ensure all logistics documentation is accurate and complete.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in logistics coordination.

• Hands-on experience in Part Load (PL) and Full Load (FL) operations is mandatory.

• Strong coordination skills with drivers and transporters.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
