Loading Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Loading & Unloading Supervisor to manage daily loading and unloading operations at our factory/warehouse. The candidate will be responsible for manpower handling, vehicle loading, material movement, stock verification, and ensuring safe and timely dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily loading and unloading activities at the factory/warehouse.

• Manage and allocate manpower for loading and unloading operations.

• Ensure proper loading of materials into trucks and other vehicles.

• Verify material quantity and ensure accurate movement of goods.

• Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, security, and transport teams.

• Maintain loading/unloading records and dispatch documentation.

• Ensure proper handling of materials and prevent damage or shortages.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain discipline among workers.

• Monitor vehicle turnaround time and complete dispatch activities on schedule.

• Report daily operational issues to the concerned manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation will be an advantage.

• 1–3 years of experience in loading/unloading, warehouse, logistics, or dispatch supervision.

• Good manpower handling and team management skills.

• Basic knowledge of material handling and stock verification.

• Basic documentation and reporting skills.

• Ability to work in shifts and manage workload efficiently.

• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
