Supervise and coordinate daily activities of delivery associates and drivers.

 Plan and assign delivery routes to ensure on-time performance and maximum efficiency.

 Monitor and track deliveries, resolving any delays, failed deliveries, or customer complaints.

 Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.

 Maintain operational data, reports, and KPIs (e.g., On-Time Delivery Rate, Delivery Accuracy).

 Support in the onboarding and training of new delivery associates.

 Manage vehicle availability, maintenance schedules, and route optimization.

 Liaise with warehouse and customer service teams to ensure smooth handover of parcels.

 Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and disciplinary actions if needed.

 Report daily performance metrics and operational issues to the Last Mile Manager.
