Supervise and coordinate daily activities of delivery associates and drivers.
Plan and assign delivery routes to ensure on-time performance and maximum efficiency.
Monitor and track deliveries, resolving any delays, failed deliveries, or customer complaints.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
Maintain operational data, reports, and KPIs (e.g., On-Time Delivery Rate, Delivery Accuracy).
Support in the onboarding and training of new delivery associates.
Manage vehicle availability, maintenance schedules, and route optimization.
Liaise with warehouse and customer service teams to ensure smooth handover of parcels.
Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and disciplinary actions if needed.
Report daily performance metrics and operational issues to the Last Mile Manager.
