We are looking for an experienced Labour Supervisor to join our team at Trident Hr Solutions. This role involves managing manpower, overseeing warehouse operations, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods. You will play an integral part in our supply chain team, ensuring that daily warehouse activities are executed smoothly and safely. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily labour activities and manpower deployment.

• Pack and dispatch orders while maintaining accurate stock records.

• Store goods systematically in the warehouse and ensure all items are labeled correctly.

• Perform quality checks on goods prior to dispatch to ensure company standards.

• Train workers to handle materials safely, including proper protocols for hazardous items.

• Monitor and update inventory levels regularly to prevent discrepancies.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in Warehouse or Logistics operations.

• Proven ability to lead and manage manpower effectively.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking is considered an advantage.

• Educational background: All education levels are welcome to apply.

• Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹25,000 per month

• Shift: Day Shift (09:00 - 18:00)

• Working Days: 6 days a week
