We are looking for a Male staff for our RTO Executive vacancy.

An RTO (Return to Origin) Executive at ST Courier handles undelivered shipments. Their primary goal is to minimize return costs, process non-deliveries efficiently, and coordinate with clients, hubs, and franchises to resolve delivery failures.

Key Responsibilities

• Undelivered Shipment Tracking: Monitor undelivered or rejected packages daily and update their status in the tracking system.

• Client Communication: Contact customers or senders to verify addresses, clarify reasons for non-delivery (e.g., recipient unavailable, wrong address, COD refusal), and attempt second delivery.

• RTO Processing: Ensure returned parcels are properly documented, securely packaged, and dispatched back to the original sender according to company policy.

• Franchise/Hub Coordination: Work closely with delivery branches and regional hubs to track missing RTO parcels and reconcile discrepancies.

• Reporting: Generate daily and weekly reports on RTO rates, pending returns, and financial settlements (e.g., recovering return shipping fees from senders).
