About Belzzo

Belzzo is a growing kids' footwear brand focused on delivering quality products and expanding its presence in the market. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Inventory & Supply Chain Executive to manage daily inventory operations, stock records, and supply chain coordination.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of inventory management, stock control, and supply chain processes, along with a willingness to learn and take ownership of daily operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory & Stock Management

• Maintain and update daily inventory records.

• Monitor stock availability and maintain accurate product-wise inventory.

• Manage SKU-wise stock tracking and product categorisation.

• Track incoming and outgoing stock and ensure proper documentation.

• Conduct regular physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.

• Identify stock shortages, excess inventory, and discrepancies.

• Maintain proper records of damaged, returned, and unsold products.

2. Supply Chain Coordination

• Assist in managing day-to-day supply chain activities.

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding stock availability and replenishment.

• Track purchase orders and incoming stock.

• Maintain records of stock movement from suppliers to the warehouse.

• Assist in planning stock requirements based on product demand and availability.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Coordinate order processing, packing, labelling, and dispatch activities.

• Ensure orders are prepared accurately and dispatched within timelines.

• Coordinate with courier and logistics partners.

• Maintain dispatch records and shipment tracking details.

• Monitor product returns, exchanges, and replacement stock.

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily inventory and stock movement reports.

• Prepare stock availability and replenishment reports.

• Update inventory records using MS Excel or inventory management software.

• Maintain accurate documentation for stock inward, outward, and dispatch operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of inventory and stock management.

• Knowledge of supply chain and warehouse operations.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

• Good organisational and coordination skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to learn and manage operational responsibilities independently.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with a maximum of 6 months of relevant experience can apply.

• Candidates pursuing or holding qualifications in BBA, B.Com, BBA in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related fields are encouraged to apply.

• Candidates with basic knowledge of inventory, procurement, warehouse operations, or logistics will be preferred.
