Inventory Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

A. Warehouse Operations & Material Handling

• Ensure unloading of incoming material is done properly and safely.

• Supervise placement of material in the godown as per defined storage practices.

• Coordinate with pickers to ensure correct picking of material for dispatch.

• Maintain cleanliness, order, and discipline inside the warehouse.

B. Inventory Control & Stock Accuracy

• Manage day-to-day inventory and ensure stock availability is accurately reflected.

• Conduct regular stock checking and physical stock counts.

• Identify shortages, excess stock, or mismatches and report for correction.

• Support periodic stock audits and validations.

C. WMS & System Management

• Operate and manage WMS software for inventory tracking and movement.

• Ensure all inward, outward, and stock movements are properly updated in the system.

• Coordinate with accounts or dispatch teams in case of system or stock discrepancies.

D. Team Management & Coordination

• Manage and guide warehouse pickers and support staff in daily activities.

• Allocate work, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Provide backup support and guidance during staff absence or peak workload.

E. Customer & Internal Coordination

• Handle queries related to stock availability, material status, or dispatch readiness.

• Coordinate with sales support and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

• Strong warehouse and inventory management understanding

• Hands-on experience with WMS or inventory systems

• Team handling and coordination skills

• Attention to detail and stock accuracy mindset
