We are looking for a Inventory Manager to join our team at KONCEPT MARKTRADE PVT LTD. (CFA of MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA). The Inventory Manager is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory management and maintaining stock integrity across the warehouse. The role includes planning and controlling inventory operations, monitoring stock movement, conducting cycle counts and physical stock audits, investigating inventory discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions. The Inventory Manager coordinates with inbound, outbound, quality, and warehouse operations teams to ensure timely stock availability, accurate system transactions, and proper location management. The role is also responsible for inventory reconciliation, FIFO/FEFO compliance, KPI monitoring, process improvement, and ensuring adherence to company SOPs, safety standards, and audit requirements while optimizing inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
