Inventory Manager

• Manage end-to-end inventory operations and maintain accurate stock records

• Maintain bin-level inventory mapping for efficient storage and retrieval

• Track raw materials, WIP, and finished goods systematically

• Ensure timely inward and outward entries in ERP system (Odoo preferred)

• Maintain stock data accuracy between system and physical inventory

• Ensure daily reconciliation of physical vs ERP stock for critical SKUs

• Implement and monitor FIFO (First In First Out) method

• Track stock ageing and identify slow-moving or dead inventory

• Monitor stock levels vs consumption and avoid overstocking/shortages

• Implement minimum–maximum stock levels with trigger-based replenishment system

• Support production line feeding (line-side inventory availability) to avoid downtime

• Coordinate with PPC and procurement for material planning

• Maintain GRN to put-away cycle TAT and ensure timely material availability

Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliationInvestigate and resolve stock discrepancies

• Ensure proper storage of materials:

  • Wood (moisture control, damage prevention)

  • Paints/coatings (safe handling)

• Maintain inventory reports (stock status, variance, reorder levels)

• Work towards reducing inventory loss, damage, and holding costInventory accuracy

• Stock variance

• Dead stock reduction

• Stock turnover ratio

Audit compliance3–5 years’ experience in inventory/warehouse management

• Experience working on ERP systems (Odoo preferred)

• Strong knowledge of FIFO and inventory control practices

• Basic understanding of inventory reporting and reconciliation

Good coordination and attention to detail
