Cotton Cottage is a growing apparel retail brand with multiple stores and a strong focus on inventory efficiency, retail profitability, and data-driven decision-making. We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially sharp Inventory Control & Analytics Manager to take ownership of inventory planning across stores and warehouse operations.

🎯 Role Objective

To lead inventory planning, stock optimization, MIS reporting, and analytics across retail stores and warehouse operations to ensure maximum sell-through, minimum stock-outs, and controlled ageing.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Inventory Planning & Control

• Drive seasonal and monthly inventory planning across all stores

• Monitor stock levels, replenishment cycles, and warehouse transfers

• Control ageing inventory and dead stock

• Ensure accurate stock reconciliation and shrinkage control

• Manage inter-store transfers and stock balancing

2️⃣ Analytics & MIS

• Prepare weekly & monthly MIS reports for management

• Analyze sell-through, GMROI, stock turn ratio, and inventory ageing

• Provide actionable insights to improve store performance

• Track category-wise and SKU-wise performance

• Support commercial planning with data-backed recommendations

3️⃣ Systems & Process Control

• Strong hands-on experience with Logic ERP (preferred & highly desirable)

• Ensure data accuracy in ERP across stores and warehouse

• Improve inventory SOPs and internal controls

• Coordinate with store managers for stock audits

4️⃣ Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with Buying, Merchandising, and Operations teams

• Align inventory strategy with sales targets

• Support management in forecasting and budgeting
