Job Summary:

The Inventory Manager at ASCO Motors is responsible for overseeing and controlling the company’s vehicle parts and accessories inventory. This role ensures optimal stock levels, accurate records, timely procurement, and smooth coordination with sales, service, and suppliers to support efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day inventory operations for spare parts, accessories, and related materials

• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software/ERP systems

• Monitor stock levels and forecast demand to avoid shortages or overstocking

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely purchasing and delivery

• Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation

• Work closely with sales and service teams to meet operational requirements

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of inventory items

• Prepare inventory reports and analysis for management review

• Implement inventory control procedures to reduce loss, damage, and wastage
