Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Management Associate to oversee inventory accuracy, stock movement, and inventory-related documentation. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal stock levels, coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams, and maintain accurate inventory records to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.

• Perform regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and physical stock verification.

• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate stock variances.

• Coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment of inventory.

• Ensure proper inward and outward stock entries in the ERP/Tally system.

• Generate inventory reports including stock aging, slow-moving, and dead stock analysis.

• Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.

• Coordinate with warehouse personnel for proper storage and inventory handling.

• Track inventory movement across multiple locations or warehouses.

• Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed where applicable.

• Assist in month-end and year-end inventory closing activities.

• Maintain documentation related to purchase receipts, stock transfers, and dispatches.

• Work closely with sales, accounts, and operations teams for inventory planning.

• Suggest process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
