Shree Sai Tyres is a growing tyre sales, distribution and service organization with multiple branches and hubs. We focus on quality products, efficient operations, accurate inventory management and customer service across our business network.
ROLE OVERVIEW

The Inventory Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, inward and outward entries, physical stock verification and inventory movement at the assigned branch/hub.

The role requires regular coordination with Sales, Purchase, Billing, Dispatch and Operations teams to ensure that physical stock and system stock remain accurate KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Inventory Management

Maintain accurate records of tyre stock, inward, outward and available inventory. Ensure all stock movements are properly recorded in the system.
Inward Stock

Verify incoming material against invoice, quantity, tyre size, brand, pattern and other relevant details before updating the inventory.
Outward & Dispatch

Ensure that stock issued or dispatched is properly recorded and matches the invoice / dispatch documents.
Physical Stock Verification

Conduct regular physical stock checking and compare the actual stock with ERP/system records. Report any shortage, excess or mismatch to the reporting manager.

Branch / Hub Stock Transfer

Maintain proper records for inter-branch or hub-to-hub stock transfers and ensure that transfer entries are completed correctly.

ERP & Documentation

Enter and maintain inventory transactions accurately in the ERP system and keep supporting documents properly organized.

Stock Reconciliation

Regularly reconcile physical stock with system stock and identify reasons for any differences.

Damage / Shortage Reporting

Immediately report damaged, missing, incorrect or mismatched stock and maintain the required records.

Stock Reports

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports as required by the management.

Coordination

Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Billing, Dispatch and Branch teams for smooth inventory operations.

5. IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal candidate should have good stock management knowledge, basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.

The candidate should be comfortable working with ERP/software systems, Excel and physical stock verification and should be capable of handling day-to-day inventory activities independently.
