Inventory Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented Inventory Executive/Stock Accountant who is responsible for managing and tracking inventory, ensuring accurate stock records, and reconciling physical stock with financial data. The role is critical in industries like manufacturing, warehousing.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain accurate records of stock (raw materials, finished goods, etc.)

· Track stock movement (inward, outward, transfers)

· Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess.

· Perform regular physical stock verification.

· Reconcile physical stock with system records.

· Prepare stock reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and Generate MIS reports for Management.

· Ensure proper valuation of stock

· Record inventory transactions in accounting systems.

· Work closely with warehouse, procurement, and finance teams.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Graduation

• 2–5 years of experience in inventory/stock accounting.

• Proficiency in Advance Excel

• Good Communication skills

• Strong knowledge of inventory accounting principles.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
