Position: Inventory Executive - Cycle Counter

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹16,000 - ₹18,000 per month (Higher salary negotiable based on interview performance & experience)

Job Purpose:

The Cycle Counter / Inventory Executive is responsible for maintaining high inventory accuracy through daily physical counting, identifying stock discrepancies, and maintaining accurate system records (ERP/Excel) in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Cycle Counting: Conduct physical inventory counts on a daily/weekly basis as per the cycle count schedule.

Discrepancy Investigation: Identify, research, and resolve stock differences between physical stock and system records.

Data Entry & Reporting: Update daily count details in Excel / ERP / WMS system accurately.

Inward & Outward Verification: Periodically verify incoming shipment receipts and outgoing dispatch stock.

Damage & Expiry Tracking: Inspect stored materials for damages, missing tags, or misplacements and report non-conforming stock.

Audit Support: Assist the Inventory Lead and Managers during monthly, quarterly, or annual physical audits.

Location Management: Ensure proper bin/rack labeling and product placement in designated warehouse locations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate (B.Com / B.Sc / Any Stream).

Experience: 1 - 3 years of hands-on experience in warehouse inventory, cycle counting, or stock auditing.

Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel (Data entry, VLOOKUP, SUM) and ERP/WMS systems.

Skills: Strong attention to detail, good numerical skills, and physical endurance for warehouse stock verification.

Salary & Benefits:

CTC / Take-Home: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Note: Higher salary packages can be offered depending on candidate capability and performance during the interview.
