Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain inventory of laboratory reagents, consumables, kits, collection materials, and office supplies.

• Ensure optimum stock levels across laboratories and collection centers.

• Maintain inventory records in ERP/Inventory Management Systems.

• Coordinate with procurement teams for timely replenishment of stock.

• Track batch numbers, expiry dates, and storage conditions of laboratory consumables and reagents.

• Conduct periodic stock audits and physical verification.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

• Coordinate with laboratory, logistics, and operations teams for stock requirements.

• Monitor inventory movements between branches and collection centers.

• Ensure compliance with NABL, CAP, and quality standards related to inventory management.

• Minimize wastage, stock discrepancies, and inventory carrying costs.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field.

• 2-5 years of inventory management experience, preferably in Diagnostics, Healthcare, Laboratory, or Hospital industry.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and inventory management software.

• Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of laboratory reagents, consumables, and cold-chain inventory.

• Experience in stock audits and inventory reconciliation.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
