You will own the day-to-day backend operations of a fast-growing nutrition startup.

Key Responsibilities
1). Invoicing & Dispatch Management
• Create accurate B2B invoices in ERP (GST knowledge required).
• Coordinate dispatch with warehouse/courier teams.
• Ensure all supporting documents (E-invoice, e-way bill, packing list, etc.) are correct.
• Track shipments until delivery and maintain records
2). Inventory Operations
• Update ERP with all incoming stock (GRN), raw material entries, and finished goods.
• Track SKU-wise inventory levels daily.
• Prepare weekly and monthly stock reports.
• Maintain 100% accuracy between physical stock and ERP stock.
3). Inventory Planning & Forecasting
• Monitor fast/slow moving SKUs.
• Flag reorder requirements early (based on demand, seasonality, and trends).
• Assist in production planning with vendors/manufacturers.
• Identify potential stockouts and prevent them.----------What This Role Is NOT

4). Documentation
• Preparing and providing documentation for accounts, when ever required.
This is end-to-end ops ownership—you will run the backbone of the business.

• Understanding of invoicing, GST basics, B2B documentation.
• Experience with any ERP software (or we will help you learn).
• Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Ability to organize, track, and maintain accurate operations.
• Comfortable handling repetitive processes with precision.

• Prior experience in D2C, FMCG, nutrition, or food brands.
• Exposure to supply chain or dispatch workflows.
• Basic forecasting understanding.

Experience Required
1–3 years in operations, inventory, logistics, supply chain, or back-office roles.

Compensation
₹14,000 – ₹17,000/month
Based on experience and ability to handle complete ops ownership.
