We're Hiring Procurement Executive / Sr. Executive

Industry: Pharma Manufacturing

Location: Dahisar

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 2YEAR

Salary: Upto 25-30000

Shift: Monday to Saturday {Alt Sat off} 9:30AM-5:30PM

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to obtain the best prices and quality.

• Monitor the supply as per Purchase Order terms and regular follow up with the manufacturer on the progress on the production and scheduled

• Ensure timely procurement of materials, goods, and services required for operations.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical procurement practices.

• Coordinate with finance, operations, and inventory teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

• Analyse procurement data and prepare reports for management.

Key Skills

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

• Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management

• Good communication and relationship-building skills

• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
