Hiring: Inventory Controller Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Controller to manage inventory operations, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure smooth coordination between warehouse, production, procurement, finance, and 3PL partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Raw Material (RM), Packing Material (PM), and Finished Goods (FG) inventory.

• Monitor inward/outward stock movements and maintain accurate ERP/Tally records.

• Conduct physical stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

• Manage 3PL relationships, stock reconciliation, dispatches, returns, and SLA compliance.

• Verify GRNs, stock transfers, material issues, and dispatch records.

• Monitor damaged, expired, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory.

• Prepare inventory MIS, ageing, variance, and monthly stock reports.

• Support COGS reporting and month-end inventory closing.

• Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, and 3PL teams.

Required Skills

• Strong inventory and warehouse management experience.

• Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP/SAP/Unicommerce.

• Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).

• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience managing 3PL operations is preferred.
