Monitor daily inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
Manage inward and outward stock entries in ERP/Excel/Tally systems
Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock availability
Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification of inventory
Track damaged, expired, or missing inventory and prepare reports
Ensure timely replenishment of stock to avoid shortages
Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, invoices, and stock transfers
Generate inventory reports and share updates with management
Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving inventory items
Ensure proper storage and handling of materials as per company standard
