Position: Inventory Management Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of raw material, finished goods, and packaging material.

• Monitor daily stock inward, outward, and balance.

• Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue, stock transfer, and inventory reports.

• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile differences.

• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Sales, and Accounts departments.

• Ensure proper material storage, identification, and FIFO practices.

• Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the concerned department about material shortages.

• Maintain inventory records in Excel / ERP / Busy software.

• Prevent material loss, damage, excess stock, and stock mismatch.

• Maintain proper documentation and support stock audits.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Inventory & Store Management.

• Good command of MS Excel and inventory software.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.

• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Experience: 1–3 Years

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
