Job Overview

We are looking for an Inventory Management Executive who will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all stock. The candidate will manage stock entries, track material inwards and outwards, and maintain proper inventory records in Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain complete stock records in Excel.

• Record all inventory inwards and outwards properly.

• Update stock by adding and subtracting quantities based on movement.

• Conduct weekly stock audits to ensure accuracy.

• Maintain proper documentation and stock reports.

• Prepare inventory reports and analysis using Pivot Tables in Excel.

Requirements

• 1–6+ years of experience in inventory or stock management.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Knowledge of Pivot Tables in Excel is required.

• Strong attention to detail and organized record keeping.

• Responsible and disciplined in handling inventory data.
