Hiring a highly efficient who can independently manage import-export operations, accounts, and client coordination.

You have only data entry or basic accounting background
You are not comfortable handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Core Responsibilities:
Complete handling of import/export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, LC, COO, etc.)
Coordination with CHA, freight forwarders, transporters, and suppliers
Strong client follow-up for orders, dispatch, and payments (no passive attitude)
Handling banking work (LC, remittances, document submission)
Managing invoicing, purchase entries, and basic accounts (Tally/GST)
Tracking shipment status, order execution, and outstanding payments
Ensuring zero-error documentation and timely execution
Mandatory Requirements (Strict):
Minimum 1–5 years experience in chemicals import/export or trading company
Hands-on knowledge of export/import documentation (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Working knowledge of accounts, GST, and invoicing
Strong MS Excel skills
Ability to handle pressure, deadlines, and follow-ups aggressively
