Import Export Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Export Documentation Executive to handle export and import documentation processes efficiently. Candidates should have basic knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage export documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin

• Handle basic import documentation and coordinate with relevant stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal teams

• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all shipments

• Assist in tracking shipments and resolving documentation-related issues

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in export/import documentation preferred

• Candidates from unrelated fields without relevant knowledge or experience are not eligible

• Basic understanding of shipping and logistics processes

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Strong attention to detail
