Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Import Executive to manage import operations and coordinate with foreign clients. The ideal candidate must have excellent written and spoken English, strong follow-up skills, and thorough knowledge of FOB terms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end import operations, documentation, and customs clearance.

• Coordinate with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams.

• Draft professional emails and maintain client communication.

• Proactively follow up to ensure timely shipments and resolve issues.

Requirements:

• 5–6 years of experience in import operations.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Strong mail drafting skills for professional correspondence with clients.

• Strong knowledge of FOB and international trade practices.

• Good coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
