Experience: 2–6 Years (Bearing / Auto Components / Industrial Products preferred)
Salary – 3 LPA- 4LPA
Job Description:
We are looking for an Export Sales Executive with experience in the bearing or industrial products industry to manage international sales, develop new export markets, and maintain strong relationships with overseas customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage international customers and export sales accounts
Generate new export enquiries through market research, leads, and overseas distributors
Prepare and share export quotations, proforma invoices, and pricing
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, payment terms, and INCOTERMS
Coordinate with the export operations team for order processing and documentation
Follow up on export orders, dispatch schedules, and payments
Maintain regular communication with international clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Analyse export markets and identify new business opportunities
Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and export MIS
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, International Business, or Engineering
2–6 years of experience in export sales (bearing / auto / industrial products preferred)
Strong understanding of export sales processes, INCOTERMS, and international trade practices
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and CRM tools
