We are looking for a Import Export Executive to join our team at at Newtech Medical Devices Private Limited. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will be closely working with the supply chain team and ensure that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:Import & Export Documentation: Prepare, verify and maintain all export and import documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Entry, Bill of Lading / Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin (COO), Certificate of Conformity (COC), Health Certificate, Letter of Credit (LC), Insurance documents and related trade documents. • Manage end-to-end import/export documentation with accuracy, completeness and timely submission to avoid compliance issues and shipment delays. • Process and reconcile Purchase Orders (PO), A/P Invoices and A/R Invoices in SAP ERP. • Handle landed cost booking, cost allocation and reconciliation for international shipments. • Coordinate with freight forwarders, Customs House Agents (CHA), shipping lines, airlines, transporters and surveyors for smooth shipment movement and customs clearance. • Coordinate customs clearance activities and ensure compliance with applicable Customs Act, DGFT guidelines, FEMA requirements and company trade policies. • Manage BOE (Bill of Entry) and export documentation, including eBRC-related documentation and bank coordination where applicable. • Coordinate DFIA / Advance Licence / other export-import licence activities and maintain proper records for utilisation and closure. • Track sea and air shipments from dispatch to final delivery and provide timely status updates to internal stakeholders. • Monitor demurrage, detention and other logistics charges and support lead-time and cost optimisation. • Maintain proper records of import/export transactions, shipment files, licences, certificates and compliance documents for audit purposes. • Resolve documentation, customs and logistics issues promptly to ensure on-time delivery and minimise supply-chain disruptions.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and 3 - 4 years of experience. Strong knowledge of Import & Export documentation and international trade processes. • Hands-on knowledge of SAP ERP, especially PO, GRPO, A/P Invoice, A/R Invoice, inventory transfer and reconciliation. • Knowledge of DGFT, FEMA, Customs procedures and trade compliance. • Working knowledge of freight forwarding, CHA coordination and shipment tracking. • Understanding of Letter of Credit, payment reconciliation, landed cost allocation and foreign exchange settlement. • Good command of MS Excel, documentation and data analysis. • Strong coordination, communication, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
