Job Title: Document Export Executive (Logistics / CHA Division)

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Document Export Executive to manage end-to-end export documentation and coordination within the logistics/CHA division. The candidate should have strong follow-up skills and hands-on experience in export processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle complete export documentation and ensure timely processing

Perform end-to-end follow-up with internal teams, clients, and authorities

Prepare and verify export checklists

Work on E-Sanchit documentation and submission

Prepare and maintain DSR (Daily Status Reports)

Coordinate with CHA, shipping lines, and other stakeholders

Prepare, print, and manage LR (Lorry Receipt) including stamping

Ensure compliance with all export procedures and regulations

Requirements:

Must have experience in CHA (Custom House Agent) division

Good knowledge of export documentation and procedures

Familiarity with E-Sanchit system, LR preparation & edit as per Clients need.

Experience in DSR preparation and reporting

Strong communication and coordination skills

Hands-on experience with logistics software (ONS preferred; others acceptable)

Ability to work under deadlines
