Hiring: Import–Export Executive – Textile Industry

We are looking for an experienced Import–Export Executive to manage export and import operations for textile fabrics and related products.

Responsibilities:

• Manage export-import orders, shipment planning, and logistics coordination.

• Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, Bills of Lading, and other shipping documents.

• Coordinate with international customers, overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines.

• Handle customs clearance, shipment tracking, LC documentation, and payment follow-ups.

• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure timely shipments.

• Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure compliance with applicable trade regulations.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce, International Business, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the textile or fabric industry.

• Knowledge of export-import documentation, Incoterms, HS codes, and logistics.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and ERP systems.

• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
