We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Import Export Executive to manage end-to-end export & import operations, documentation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Import & Export Documentation – Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, E-way Bill, Form-A etc.

• Coordinate with Suppliers, CHA, Freight Forwarders & Transporters for timely shipment movement.

• Ensure Customs & DGFT Compliance and maintain HS Code database.

• Manage LC / TT / Bank Documentation and coordinate payments.

• Track shipment status (Sea/Air) and ensure timely clearance from Port/ICD.

• Negotiate freight rates and analyze cost efficiency.

• Prepare & maintain MIS Reports, Shipment Trackers, Landed Cost Sheet and vendor performance records.

Job Requirements:

TGood knowledge of Customs, DGFT Rules, Incoterms & HS Codes

• Practical experience in handling CHA & Shipping Line Coordination

• Strong Excel Skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Basic Formulas)

• Good Communication & Negotiation Skills
