JD – Import Export Executive

As an Import Export Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the import and export operations of the company. This includes managing shipments, coordinating with customs authorities, and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. You will work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of import and export activities, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to optimize processes.

Responsibilities

·         Coordinate and manage the import and export processes of goods and materials

·         Ensure compliance with customs regulations and requirements

·         Prepare and manage all necessary import and export documentation

·         Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders

·         Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of import and export activities

·         Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements

Qualifications

·         Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or related field

·         Proven experience in import and export operations

·         Knowledge of customs regulations and requirements

·         Strong communication and negotiation skills

·         Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

·         Proficiency in relevant software and tools
