Import Export Executive

Job Profile:

The Export Coordinator is responsible for managing end-to-end export operations, including shipment planning, documentation, and coordination with freight forwarders, transporters, and customs agents. The role ensures timely and compliant execution of export consignments as per customer and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, and CHA for smooth execution of export shipments.

• Plan and schedule shipments based on delivery timelines and customer requirements.

• Prepare and handle export documentation such as Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, BL/AWB, Certificate of Origin, etc.

• Follow up with CHA and forwarders for customs clearance and cargo movement.

• Negotiate and finalize freight rates with logistics partners.

• Track shipment status and provide regular updates to internal teams and customers.

• Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation accuracy, and company policies.

• Coordinate with accounts/finance for export billing, payments, and documentation.

• Resolve issues related to shipment delays, documentation errors, or logistics challenges.
