Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Export Executive to manage export documentation, coordinate international shipments, and ensure compliance with export regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of export procedures, and the ability to work with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and certificates of origin.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers for timely shipment dispatch.

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export policies.

• Track export shipments and provide regular updates to customers.

• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Handle customer inquiries related to export orders and shipments.

• Maintain accurate records of export transactions and documentation.

• Resolve shipment-related issues and ensure smooth delivery.

• Monitor export schedules and maintain communication with overseas clients.

• Prepare export reports and support management with required documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in export operations or international logistics.

• Knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, and international shipping.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP software is an advantage.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Incoterms and international trade regulations.

• Experience with freight forwarding and customs clearance.

• Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

• Good English communication skills.
