Job Title: Export Executive

Location: Nashik / Mumbai

Salary: Up to 6 LPA

Experience: 2–5 Years (preferred)

Qualification: B.Sc. Agriculture / Agricultural Background

Job Summary:

The Export Executive will be responsible for handling international sales, export documentation, and coordination with overseas clients for agricultural/agro-based products. This is an in-house role focused on managing end-to-end export operations and building global business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage export orders from inquiry to final dispatch

Coordinate with international clients and maintain relationships

Handle export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, etc.)

Ensure compliance with export regulations and procedures

Coordinate with logistics, CHA, and shipping lines

Track shipments and ensure timely delivery

Support international sales and business development activities

Monitor market trends and identify new export opportunities

Maintain records and reports of export activities

Key Skills Required:

Knowledge of export procedures and documentation

Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

Client handling and coordination ability

Basic understanding of international trade policies

MS Excel and documentation skills

Preferred Experience:

Experience in agro/agriculture export industry

Exposure to international markets and export sales
