We are looking for a Import Export Executive to join our team at at Aaswad Foods. This role involves managing storage, distribution, inventory, and items in a warehouse. You will work as an important part of the supply chain department. The position offers ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing export and import documentation — invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.
Coordinating shipments with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, transporters, and warehouses.
Handling customs clearance and ensuring compliance with import/export regulations.
Tracking shipments from dispatch to final delivery and resolving delays or discrepancies.
Preparing and checking commercial documents to ensure accuracy.
Coordinating with customers and suppliers regarding orders, shipments, payments, and delivery schedules.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Strong organizational skills, time-management, and basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking are important for this role.
