Position: Hub Supervisor/ TL

Location: Bankra

Experience: 1–3 Years

Qualification: Graduate

Salary: salary as par industry

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor daily hub operations.

Handle and supervise delivery executives and hub associates.

Monitor daily attendance, productivity, and operational targets.

Ensure timely inbound and outbound shipment processing.

Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance.

Track delivery, dispatch, and return processes.

Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth hub functioning.

Prepare and maintain daily MIS and operational reports.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, and quality standards.

Coordinate with internal teams and other stakeholders to achieve operational targets.

Required Skills:

Good team handling and leadership skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Ability to handle pressure and meet daily operational targets.
