Role Overview
The Operations Executive makes sure the hub’s daily work runs smoothly. They check that workers come on time, assign them to jobs, and see that tasks start and finish properly and report updates to the supervisor or manager/lead.
They also handle invoice generation, making sure customer bills and service records are prepared correctly.
· Coordinate workers → Send the right people to the right jobs.
Monitor jobs → Ensure tasks start and finish on time.
Support customers → Handle basic questions or complaints.
Generate invoices → Prepare bills and service records.
Report updates → Share daily status with the supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Execution: Coordinate and manage day‑to‑day operational tasks.
Workforce Coordination: Deploy workers to jobs and ensure attendance.
Job Monitoring: Track job starts, completion, and service quality.
Customer Handling: Address basic customer queries and complaints.
Compliance Support: Ensure SOPs and service standards are followed.
Reporting: Share daily updates with Hub Supervisor / Manager.
Training Support: Assist in onboarding and guiding new workers.

Candidate Profile Requirements-
6 months – 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, quick commerce, or food delivery.
Strong execution capability and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure with a startup mindset.
Basic analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Bike/vehicle availability is an added advantage.
