Electric Vehicle (EV) Hub Executive

Type of Working

Manage daily hub operations.

Handle rider onboarding and vehicle handover.

Coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs.

Monitor battery swapping and charging operations.

Track vehicle availability and deployment.

Maintain records in Excel/app/software.

Communicate with riders through calls and WhatsApp.

Coordinate with mechanics and operations team.

Resolve rider issues and escalate when required.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all EVs are clean, charged, and ready for deployment.

Verify rider documents before vehicle handover.

Maintain vehicle check-in/check-out records.

Schedule and monitor vehicle servicing.

Handle battery inventory and swapping records.

Collect rent/security payments (if applicable).

Follow up with riders for pending payments.

Maintain hub cleanliness and safety.

Prepare daily reports (deployments, returns, service status, collections).

Report accidents, damages, or theft immediately.

Rules

Report to work on time and follow duty timings.

Wear company ID card/uniform (if provided).

Maintain professional behavior with riders and colleagues.

Never hand over a vehicle without proper verification.

Follow all company SOPs and safety guidelines.

Keep accurate records of vehicles, batteries, and riders.

Do not misuse company assets or share confidential information.

Report any vehicle damage or operational issue immediately.

Ensure all riders follow company policies before deployment.

Keep the hub organized and secure at all times.
