Helper

We are looking for a Helper to join our team at at Vivid Cluster. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will be closely working with the supply chain team and ensure that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in Handcraft Production
   Support the team in making handcrafted wedding products such as shagun trays, potli bags, platters, and decorative gift items.

2. Material Preparation
   Cut fabrics, arrange decorative materials (lace, flowers, pearls, ribbons, etc.), and prepare raw materials required for product making.

3. Product Decoration & Assembly
   Help in decorating trays, boxes, bags, and other handmade items by following the given design instructions.

4. Quality Checking
   Ensure products are neat, clean, and properly finished before packing or dispatch.

5. Packaging Support
   Assist in packing products safely for online orders (Amazon, Etsy, etc.) and ensure items are packed as per company standards.

6. Inventory & Material Handling
   Organize raw materials, maintain stock of crafting supplies, and keep the workspace tidy.

7. Order Preparation
   Help in preparing products according to order quantity and deadlines.

8. Workspace Cleanliness
   Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the crafting area.
