Freight Forwarding Executive

Key Responsibilities

✅ Generate new business for Air Freight, Sea Freight, Customs Clearance, Transportation, and Warehousing.

✅ Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and customs brokers.

✅ Prepare quotations for import/export shipments.

✅ Follow up with customers for shipment bookings.

✅ Track cargo movement and provide shipment updates.

✅ Handle shipping documents:

• Commercial Invoice

• Packing List

• Bill of Lading (B/L)

• Airway Bill (AWB)

• Shipping Bill

• Bill of Entry

✅ Coordinate customs clearance activities.

✅ Negotiate freight rates with carriers and vendors.

✅ Resolve shipment delays and customer issues.

✅ Maintain customer database and CRM records.
