Bihari Lal Choudhary Impex Private Limited, a leading fashion retail brand in Jharkhand with 12 stores across the state, is urgently looking for a Floor Manager for our Dhanbad store.

📍 Job Location

Dhanbad, Jharkhand

💰 Salary

₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on interview)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service • Increase sales and achieve monthly targets

• Handle and resolve customer issues professionally

• Train staff in upselling and cross-selling

Team Management • Hire, train and evaluate sales staff

• Motivate the team to achieve better performance

Store Operations • Ensure timely opening and closing of the store

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and cleanliness

• Monitor billing accuracy and proper use of POS system

Inventory Control • Maintain optimal stock levels in coordination with management

• Conduct regular stock checks to avoid pilferage and stockouts

• Manage inward and outward flow of products

Reporting & Coordination • Coordinate with head office for stock, promotions and staff

• Conduct stock checks to avoid overstocking or shortages

👤 Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate preferred

• Minimum 2+ years experience in apparel retail (Supervisor / Assistant Manager / Store Manager)

• Experience in retail operations or floor management
