Floor Supervisor

Job Summary

Dupack Poly Films is looking for a responsible and experienced Floor Supervisor to oversee daily floor operations, ensure smooth workflow, manage employees, and maintain productivity, discipline, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily floor activities and employee performance.

Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Allocate work to employees and monitor productivity.

Maintain discipline and ensure employees follow company policies.

Coordinate with production, dispatch, and other departments.

Monitor attendance, punctuality, and employee availability.

Ensure proper handling of materials, equipment, and finished products.

Identify operational issues and report them to management.

Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping.

Prepare daily work and productivity reports.

Train and guide employees whenever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in floor supervision, production, or operations.

Good leadership and team management skills.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Ability to maintain discipline and coordinate with different departments.

Experience in the plastic / packaging industry will be an advantage.

Salary

25 to 30000
