Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible individual for the WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) role at our Kolkata location. The candidate will be primarily responsible for conducting regular inspections on the office floor to ensure compliance with system login/logout protocols and ID card policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily inspections on the office floor to verify proper laptop login and logout activities by employees.

Perform random checks on employee ID cards to ensure proper usage and security compliance.

Maintain accurate records and reports of inspection findings.

Escalate any discrepancies or violations to the concerned departments.

Coordinate with floor supervisors and HR to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills:

Good verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and documentation

Presentable, professional appearance and behavior

Ability to follow procedures and work independently with minimal supervision

Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
