Floor Coordinator – School

Job Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and organised Floor Coordinator to oversee the smooth functioning, discipline, and day-to-day activities of the assigned floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise students and ensure discipline and safety within the assigned floor.

• Coordinate with teachers and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Monitor student movement during arrival, dispersal, breaks, and transitions.

• Address routine student concerns and escalate issues when required.

• Ensure classrooms and common areas are orderly and well-maintained.

• Support the implementation of school rules, policies, and procedures.

• Assist in coordinating floor-level activities, events, and announcements.

• Maintain effective communication with teachers, students, and school administration.

• Report any safety, maintenance, or behavioural concerns promptly.

Requirements:

• Graduate with good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Prior experience in a school/education environment is preferred.

• Strong organisational, supervisory, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle students calmly and professionally.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
