Floor Incharge

Company: DOSNEXTGEN INDIA PVT. LTD.
Location: Hapur, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Working Days: 6 days a week
Timing: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Experience: Fresher to Experienced

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day floor activities.

• Allocate work and coordinate with technicians, helpers and other staff.

• Monitor vehicle dismantling and scrapping activities.

• Ensure proper segregation and storage of parts and scrap materials.

• Maintain basic records of vehicles, materials and daily work completed.

• Ensure proper use and handling of tools and equipment.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety and discipline on the floor.

• Coordinate with Inventory, Documentation and Management teams.

• Report daily work progress and operational issues to management.

Candidate Requirements

• Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.

• Relevant industry experience is not mandatory.

• Basic computer knowledge preferred.

• Should be responsible, disciplined and willing to learn.

• Good coordination and manpower-handling skills.

• Comfortable working in a vehicle scrapping/industrial facility.

• Candidates from any industry/background may apply.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
